Oaxaca: Tierra y Tiempo is a cinematic dining experience—a multi-course set menu with 360° projection, sound, and scent. Over the course of your meal, the room transforms around you, carrying you through the land, time, and traditions of Oaxaca.
When a dish appears on screen, it is served at your table.
-
We offer two set menus: a standard one and a vegan one.
The dinner experience is five courses and the lunch experience is three courses. Lunch courses are noted with an asterisk:
Mezcal Pasión Ancestral*: A pour of Alexis Canales Angeles’s premium, handcrafted mezcal, served with orange slices, sal de gusano (worm salt), chapulines (roasted grasshoppers), and cacahuetes botaneros (spiced peanuts).
Memela con Salpicón: Toasted masa topped with a tomato, avocado, and shredded beef salad, served with salsita roja. Vegan option does not contain meat.
Guisado de Maíz: A spiced pork and corn stew from the Istmo de Tehuantepec, served with tostadas. Vegan option replaces pork with roasted mushrooms.
Mole Negro*: A Zapotec mole made from 28 ingredients, served with slow-cooked chicken, Oaxacan-style rice, and tortillas. Vegan option replaces chicken with roasted squash.
Chocolate Semiamargo*: Oaxacan drinking chocolate served with pan de yema (sweet yolk bread).
-
A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
-
We serve a set menu rooted in specific Oaxacan recipes and ingredients from our cultural partners, so we are not able to offer substitutions.
If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please email us at hello@theinfinitetable.com at least 24 hours before your seating. We’ll do what we can to omit those components for you.
-
Tickets are released in limited tiers, with our best prices available first—so the earlier you book, the better the price.
Your ticket price covers gratuity for our team so there’s nothing more to add. If you’d like to leave something extra for exceptional service, you’re welcome to, but it’s never expected.
-
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Plans changed? You're warmly welcome to pass your ticket to someone else—just let us know at hello@theinfinitetable.com so we can update the name on your booking.

We’re delighted for you to share this with the people you love. A few things to know:
All guests must be aged 8 or older, given the seated format, amplified sound, and immersive light and darkness.
Everyone attending needs a ticket, regardless of age.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Alcohol service is restricted to guests aged 21 or older. We will offer a replacement for the mezcal portion of the experience.

We want every guest to feel welcome and prepared.
ARTXNYC is a wheelchair-accessible space.
The experience includes: projected and flashing imagery, bright and low light, amplified sound, and diffused scents.
If you have photosensitivity, fragrance or respiratory sensitivities, or any condition that these elements might affect, please let us know before purchasing tickets so we can help you decide what’s right for you.
If you have mobility or other accessibility needs, email us at hello@theinfinitetable.com ahead of your visit and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.
-
You're welcome to take personal photos and video without flash, as long as it is not disruptive to other guests.
We may photograph or film during the experience for creative and promotional purposes, so by attending you may appear in our imagery. If you'd prefer not to, just let a team member know when you arrive and we'll respect your request.
-
We work in partnership with the Oaxacan makers who are featured in our experience, sharing 5% of gross ticket revenue with them directly.
Our partners shared their stories and recipes with us; they are not cooking the meals themselves.
