By purchasing a ticket to The Infinite Table, you ("you," "the guest," or "the ticketholder") agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. Your purchase is your acceptance of these terms.
In these terms, "we," "us," "our," and "The Infinite Table" refer to The Infinite Table, Inc.
1. The Experience
The Infinite Table is a seated, multi-course immersive dining experience combining a set menu with 360-degree projection, sound, and sensory elements. Each seating begins at a scheduled time and runs approximately 90 minutes (lunch) or 120 minutes (dinner). The experience is designed to be enjoyed as a single, continuous seating.
Menu, content, running order, and production elements are subject to change without notice due to sourcing, creative, or operational factors. Substitutions of comparable quality may be made at our discretion.
2. Tickets, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include gratuity. Tax is included in or added to the displayed price as indicated at checkout.
Tickets are sold in timed release tiers. Prices increase as availability decreases for a given seating. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you complete your transaction. Purchasing at a later tier or date does not entitle you to a refund of any price difference.
Beverages, including mezcal pairings and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service, are sold separately unless a package explicitly states otherwise.
Your ticket is confirmed only once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. If a ticket is listed or sold in error (including pricing errors), we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund of amounts paid.
3. All Sales Final — No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Because we are a small-capacity, reservation-based experience, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, late arrival, no-shows, or partial attendance.
We encourage you to review your seating date and time carefully before purchasing.
4. Rescheduling & Transfers by the Guest
Date/time changes requested by the guest may be accommodated at our sole discretion, subject to availability, if requested at least 72 hours before your seating. We cannot guarantee a change can be made.
Transferring your ticket to another person is permitted. The original ticketholder is responsible for informing their guest of these Terms, the seating details, and any dietary or arrival requirements. To update the name on a booking, contact us at hello@theinfinitetable.com.
Resale of tickets above face value is prohibited. We reserve the right to void any ticket that has been resold, transferred, or obtained in violation of these Terms, without refund.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Postponement by Us
If we cancel a seating, or reschedule it to a time you cannot attend, you will be offered either a transfer to a comparable available seating or a full refund of the ticket price paid. This is the full extent of our liability for a cancelled or rescheduled seating.
We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur (including travel, accommodation, or other expenses).
Force Majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, power or equipment failure, labor disputes, illness, public health orders, government restrictions, venue closure, or emergencies. In such cases we will offer a transfer or refund of the ticket price where reasonably possible.
6. Arrival & Late Seating
Because the experience is timed and begins promptly, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled seating time.
Latecomers cannot be guaranteed admission and may be seated late, admitted at a suitable break, or denied entry, at our discretion, in order to protect the experience for all guests. No refund or credit will be issued for late arrival or missed seatings.
7. Food, Set Menu, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
The Infinite Table serves a fixed, set menu. Because our menu follows specific recipes and ingredients from our cultural partners, the only dietary accommodation we can offer is to omit a component you cannot eat—meaning that item is simply not served to you, with nothing provided in its place. A guest who cannot eat a particular dish will not receive that dish.
We can make such omissions in the meal if your dietary restrictions or allergies are notified to us in writing at least 24 hours in advance at hello@theinfinitetable.com. We cannot guarantee accommodation of all requests.
Omission of a menu component for dietary reasons does not entitle the guest to any refund, credit, or price reduction.
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, soy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from any particular allergen, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies attend and dine at their own risk.
It is your responsibility to inform us of allergies and to make the final judgment about what is safe for you to consume.
8. Alcohol & Age Requirements
Beverage service, including all alcoholic beverages, is provided by the licensed operator at the venue in accordance with New York State law.
Guests must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol, and valid government-issued photo ID is required. Guests unable to produce valid ID will not be served alcohol; no refund of any beverage package will be due in that case.
We and the licensed operator reserve the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service to any guest, including those who appear intoxicated, at our sole discretion and without refund.
Admission / minimum age policy: This is a seated, timed experience in a low-light environment with amplified sound and projection effects, and is best suited to older children and adults. Guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult (21 or over). Every attendee, regardless of age, requires a ticket. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over, with valid photo ID.
9. Sensory Elements & Health Notice
The experience takes place in a fully immersive environment that includes projected moving imagery and lighting effects, amplified sound, aroma/scent elements, and periods of low light or darkness.
Photosensitivity: The experience may include bright, flashing, or rapidly changing light and imagery. Guests with photosensitive epilepsy or related conditions should take this into account before attending.
Scent/aroma: The experience may include diffused scents. Guests with respiratory conditions or sensitivities to fragrance should take this into account.
Sound: Amplified audio is used throughout.
If you have any medical condition, sensitivity, or mobility need that may be affected, please contact us at hello@theinfinitetable.com before purchasing or attending so we can advise. You attend having taken these elements into account and assume the ordinary risks associated with them.
10. Accessibility
We want the experience to be accessible. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us at hello@theinfinitetable.com in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
11. Code of Conduct
We are committed to a safe, respectful environment for all guests and staff. We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any guest whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, unsafe, or detracts from other guests' enjoyment, without refund. Illegal activity will not be tolerated.
12. Photography, Filming & Media Release
The Infinite Table may photograph or film the experience for creative, promotional, and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant us the right to use such images and recordings (including your likeness) in any media, without compensation, notice, or approval.
If you do not wish to appear in our media, please notify a staff member on arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.
Guests may take personal photographs for non-commercial use, provided they do not use flash, obstruct others, or disrupt the experience. We may ask you to refrain from photography during certain moments.
13. Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the venue, except to the extent caused by our negligence and to the extent required by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your ticket or attendance is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
15. Privacy
Personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at theinfinitetable.com/privacy-policy. We use your information to fulfill your booking, communicate with you about your seating, and, where you have opted in, send you updates.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your ticket.
