The Founder
Peter J. Kim learned the value of listening and cultural exchange as a Peace Corps volunteer in Cameroon. He has lived on five continents and speaks French and Spanish. He was the founding director of the Museum of Food and Drink and the host and creator of Counterjam, and is the author of Instant Ramen Kitchen.
